<p>The CHS track is reserved for May 17 &amp; 18 for the American Cancer<br />
Society Fund-Raiser.</p>
<p>SOOO, we need to prepare for that by having students attend the Feb. 9 &amp;<br />
10 training session at Camp Collins.  Six students have already decided<br />
to go.  Come to a very short meeting next Tuesday, after school, in Room<br />
385, to get more information and sign-up form.  Christine Cha went to a<br />
meeting and has lots of information to share.</p>
<p>Judges are needed for the State Conference.  If one of your parents or<br />
another adult you know agrees to act as a judge, your name will be<br />
entered into a drawing for a prize.  Not sure what that prize is yet,<br />
however.</p>
<p>There is a contest sponsored by Oregon <span class="nfakPe">FBLA</span> to design a state pin.  If<br />
interested, ask me for the guidelines and rules.</p>
<p>February 10-16 is National <span class="nfakPe">FBLA</span> Week.  We are supposed to plan some<br />
activities to promote <span class="nfakPe">FBLA</span> in the school and the chapter.  Give ideas to<br />
the officers for our next planning session.</p>
<p>There is a new dress code available.  I&#8217;ll have copies at the next<br />
meeting.</p>
<p>Dates to remember:</p>
<p>Tuesday, Jan. 22, 3:15, Camp Collins info for training for Cancer<br />
Society event.</p>
<p>Thursday, Jan. 24 lunch meeting for officers to plan next meeting &amp; <span class="nfakPe">FBLA</span><br />
week.</p>
<p>Feb. 6 is the last day for taking on-line tests for Skills Contest.<br />
There&#8217;s still time to study!</p>
<p>Saturday, Feb 9, morning, Public-speaking events at Concordia.  $25. if<br />
you miss.</p>
<p>Saturday, Feb. 9 &amp; 10, camp-out and training at Camp Collins.<br />
